Surrendering
When people hear about surrendering to the spiritual teacher , it sounds very scary and cultish. But surrendering rally means letting go of holding on. It doesn't matter who or what you surrender to, it's the letting go that's important. Holding on is the activity of ego. Ego is holding on.
